My Charmmy DS
I got this awhile ago…but I never took pictures. So I did. On my phone camera. In fact, all the recent pictures I’ve posted so far are from my phone camera. It’s 2.0 megapixels, and it does sooo much. It takes 3 shot panoramas, cute frames, 4 quick shots in succession, and it has an awesome “night mode” that works better than my regular camera, for some reason. Technically, I’m not sure how it brightens the image during night, but it doesn’t do long blurry exposures, and sometimes makes it look like it’s daytime out. It’s a little shocking. Anyhow, here are the noisy blurry pictures, because I took the picture too close.

It’s a lavender color. Charmmy Kitty is so much more classier than Hello Kitty. And looks more like an actual cat.

The set came with screen protectors too! The size and cut was perfect.
I went back to the sanrio store later, and they didn’t have these up on the racks anymore <: /. But this was the prettiest one. The others were too multi colored, or cheezy.
WoW Inspired Song
Some site was having a contest…and there was only one song that I enjoyed, because it was a spoof on another song that I used to belt when I was little. Scrubs! Nooo I don’t want your number, no, I don’t wanna give you mine and….I forgot the rest. Anyhow….here it is, stolen. It’s called No PUGs! A “PUG” stands for “Pick-Up Group”…it’s when you play with people you don’t know and happened to just “pick them up”. Get it? Usually they don’t do well because they’re like, ten years old or something and don’t really know how to play. That’s why playing with a pug is risky, but always pleasantly surprising when it’s a good pug. Anyhow, that’s the background info.

While doing some research…
“…female game players attend to self and others during game play. Gamers playing with a same-gender avatar experienced greater connectedness with game play and competitiveness” (Eastin & Griffiths, 2006).
Hm…..I wonder what the percentage is for girls to play healing classes. I’m not so sure about the same-gender avatar business though. I don’t think it matters. I don’t think a guy who chose to play a female avatar is going to be any more competitive playing a male avatar.
I don’t like research. I don’t like citing. This is tedious. Why can’t I just go to school and learn. Must I prove what I’ve learned (and then promptly forget a week later anyway)? Or show that I know how to follow rules set by people I don’t care for?
