Ra

I went to Ra last weekend at The District at Tustin Legacy. What that means, I have no idea. What is the Tustin Legacy? And The District is the name of the plaza? Anyhow, it’s a little hyped up, and nothing as big as the Spectrum. The decor and design of the place is pretty cool though. Parts of it look like it’s part of a courtyard of someone’s house.

Chicken Katsu with Wasabi Mashed Potatoes. The potatoes were interesting.

My mom said that I’m allergic to kiwi, even though I’ve eaten kiwi all my life. Apparently, it’s not supposed to be prickly and stingy when you eat it. I thought it was just what the fruit normally tasted like. At least it’s not deathly bad for me, so I ate it anyway. It will just make me stronger! hah……………….-__-”. This is the Yellow Monkey Roll. It’s scallop…artichoke….cream cheese….cashews…mango sauce….I know, weird right? It tasted alright, but everything tastes okay to me. I wouldn’t be able to tell you how the flavors mixed. I ate half of them with the cream cheese, and the other half I took them out.

Pretty nice atmosphere. I’m not really picky, and I haven’t been around so…my judgment is probably a little off anyway.

I found out what the Tustin Legacy is…

The 1,600+ acre development will ultimately include 4,600 homes; over 10 million square feet of non-residential space including major office, retail, entertainment, business park, educational and community support facilities. Over 275 acres are dedicatd to parkland and recreational open spaces and will feature a two-mile community lineal park with walking spaces, playgrounds, tranquil natural areas and sports facilities.

Hm. They spelled dedicated wrong.
