Make-up with glasses?
How do girl’s (or guys I suppose) put on eye make-up if they need to wear glasses? They must have to get really close to the mirror if their eyesight is really bad?
Robo Hamster and Naked Rat
I was at Petsmart the other day, buying food from PongPong, and I came across these cute cute cute hamsters. The label said “robo hamster” which made them sound hard core, but later I’ve learned that it’s short for Roborovski hamster. These are the tiniest hamsters, and the fastest as well. Fully grown, they are only 2 inches! I was lucky enough to find one up close to the glass so I could watch him groom. Apparently these hamsters are always busy doing something so they are fun to watch. My guinea pig just sits there unless he wants to eat. hm….
Barnes and Noble’s Starbucks
So I was at Barnes and Noble yesterday, since the library is closed on New Year’s Day. I bought a book to brush up on my Trigonometry. It’s actually a really good book for basics and remembering what I used to be know, lots of exercises. The only thing that worries me is that it’s very basic, and there aren’t any challenging problems, just problems to makes sure you know the basics. I’ll have to pick up another book for that at the library or something.
Anyhow, there is a Starbucks at the Barnes and Noble I go to, and the notorious thing about it is that they don’t accept Starbucks gift cards. Weird right? But the barista explains that they are owned by Barnes and Noble, and that you can use your Barnes and Noble card for a discount. Okay. So sitting there at a table, at the beginning of studying, I hear this explaination about 2 times…and then I get into my study zone where I don’t hear anything except “cos, sin, cot”.
I stretch and my hearing comes back to me and what do I hear…someone’s gift card has been denied again. That same barista has been there and has probably denied at least 15 gift card hopefuls and she’s still giving her explanation is a calm and sorry manner. It’s kind of funny how the customer suddenly flusters, and then looks around (as if she’s at the wrong store), then then tries to come up with a solution. Usually they turn to a friend or parent that has money. Then I chuckle and go back to my trig.
I’m almost done with Trig, and then I’ll be on to Calculus. I’m kind of dreading it because I don’t want to know how much I’ve forgotten. What was that..Lo’putal’s rule or something? French dude? ugh. -__-”. After Calc, I’ll look up matrices, and then brush up on my Geometry proofs and formulas. Then I’ll go online and check teaching sites for any other kinds of advice for they test they have. My test is on the 12th. I’m taking all 3 parts on the same day, while some split them up. <: /…I’m kind of regretting it now. But I’ll be very relieved if I pass them all…because that’s just one step closer to being a teacher! I don’t really want to be stuck teaching history. My memory is actually really bad. -__-”. shh..don’t tell.
Ai Otsuka- Chu-Lip
It’s finally up!
Chuuuuuu lip.
Chuuuuuu is like “kiss”..the sound it makes. Kind of like an onomatopoeia.
I’m going to be doing this dance for awhile now.
